Kwando Lagoon Camp.
Along the shady banks of River Kwando lies a lagoon camp, situated in Longe African Ebony and Marula trees.
The lagoon camp comprises of 8 safari style tents, with each tent having twin beds, which can only accommodate 16 guests. The tents have private en-suite facilities such as cold and hot water, flush toilets, modern amenities as well as open-air showers, overlooking lagoon waters.

Professional guides and trackers conduct game drives both in the night and morning in open safari vehicles. This area has the largest concentration of buffalo and elephants especially in the dry season, since there are very few countries in Africa where these animals exist in huge numbers.

At least every day, a variety of different bird species and squirrels are seen, due to a thick tree and shady environment of the camp.

Among the predators include; hyena, lion, cheetah, wild dog as well as leopard, which are seen from close range from your vehicles since they are generally relaxed.
Among the endangered antelope species like roan and sable are also regularly seen since they are scared away by these dangerous predators.
The elephants, hippos, antelope and buffalos are among the animals killed by lions and guests may have a chance to sport some of the kills just infront of the lagoon tent.

The most best done activities on the camp are; fishing from the lagoon permanent waters, boat cruises along River Kwando, and watching birds of different species.
